Monitor Master

Version 8 of Monitor Master, Argogroup’s industry leading quality management platform is now available. It brings together all of Monitor Master’s functionality with the APS/QM platform from ACTeSYS, acquired by Argogroup in December 2005.

For the first time, users of APS/QM are now able to access the full range of Monitor Master functionality, including multi-modal tests using MMS, VMOS, IM, IMode and others in combinations. And established Monitor Master users can access the full range of APS functionality including voice and roaming testing.

Centralized Management and Control

Monitor Master now offers enhanced central management and control via a central configuration server – called Quality Manager – that holds all the relevant details of a customer’s configuration, including hardware, phones/modems and SIMs. It also holds scripts and schedules for tests to be defined and run while allowing a greater range of ad-hoc tests to be scheduled and run. Using Quality Manager, users can manage all potential resource conflicts.

Powerful and Elegant Reporting

Getting access to key data just got easier with powerful web based reporting which now comes bundled in the Monitor Master centralized data warehouse. As well as customizable feature-rich graphical representations of your data, version 8 includes click-through to allow you to drill down to the cause of an issue and email reporting to ensure reports get to the right people on time.

Faster Implementation

Monitor Master v8.0 supports more flexible test cases to speed up implementation and better serve ad-hoc test campaigns. Increased flexibility means that test sequences can initiate cycling through locations, parameters, SIMs, SIM Servers (or MDNs) and schedules.

Device Central

The power of Device Master can be combined more easily than ever with Monitor Master for end-to-end service assurance that represents the devices (and their behavior) on your network. Utilize any of the hundreds of device profiles that come as standard, or create your own to ensure new devices are tested on your services prior to release.
