SHINE ONboarding

The award-winning SHINE ONboarding program includes three virtual, instructor-led training events held during an employee’s first six months to help them understand Argo Group’s culture.

Each session incorporates interactive simulations, gaming techniques and engagement with various business leaders and subject matter experts.

Organizational improvement capstone

To empower new employees to make a difference at Argo Group early in their careers, those attending their orientation together are placed in a capstone project cohort.

For the first six months of employment, cohort members are tasked with identifying an improvement opportunity within the organization. They work together and with various departments throughout the company to achieve their objective, applying the learnings derived from SHINE.
