NEW YORK – January 29, 2026 – Argo Group International Holdings, Inc. today announced a name change to Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc. (“Clearbrook”), the new name for the Property and Casualty (“P&C”) holding company. Clearbrook is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brookfield Wealth Solutions Ltd. Clearbrook will encompass the Argo and Farm Family brands.

The Clearbrook organization is built on three core pillars:
- Argo Casualty: Argo Casualty leverages its deep expertise in primary, excess and niche specialty lines to deliver comprehensive risk management and claims solutions for small-to-mid-size businesses.
- Argo Specialty: Argo Specialty represents a dynamic portfolio of non-casualty excess and surplus lines where strategic investment is driving growth across Inland Marine, Garage and Bermuda Property.
- Farm Family: Farm Family provides comprehensive, multi-line coverage for the farm, ranch and small commercial sectors, backed by new technology investments aimed at expanding its market-leading presence into new geographic regions.
This structure allows the combined group to operate more effectively. While Farm Family will go to market under a refreshed visual identity, Argo’s Casualty and Specialty product lines will stay under the Argo brand.
