In a recent LinkedIn Live, two of Argo’s construction leaders discussed how they’re simplifying the process with expertise, teamwork and clarity.
- Consistency matters. “The value we bring is in our consistency, clarity and the predictability of our work,” said Traci Byrum, VP, General Construction Leader. “But being predictable doesn’t always mean being unimpactful. I would say we’re often delivering exactly what’s needed, reliable and effective.”
- Trust is built through collaboration. Joe Cafiero, AVP of New York Construction, said that being able to ask the right questions and build trust with brokers is essential. “Being able to have good teamwork is essential. Not just with our wholesale partners, but also with their retail agents and the insureds as well.”
- Brokers who value quality over price are ideal partners. “Brokers out there are very mindful about coverages,” Byrum said. “They’re able to tell the difference that a higher premium makes; when it comes down to it and you have a claim, you need to make sure the right coverages are in place.”
